Then I stand corrected. I guess every ship has its virtues and its weaknesses, just as every pod pilot does. It also depends which pilot is behind the ship, big or small.

Technically speaking, Caldari have the slowest ships. So I wouldn't be commenting on inferior technology. All the empires have their weakness, and their strengths. Some just tend to be worse than others.
